- Arthritis Exercise
Arthritis Exercise is typically held twice a week. The Arthritis Foundation Exercise Class by Carol Sheldon is a program developed by physical therapists to address pain, fatigue and decreased strength that often accompany the disease. The low-impact class may be taken either standing or sitting, whichever is most comfortable.

Oregon Garden Walking Group... a walk can be healthful and refreshing. take a walk any time of year. the group meets at the Silverton Senior Center Daily, rain or shine. Just bring an umbrella and a smile.

Yoga For Ordinary People in Everyday Life to increase your energy and well-being. Bring a mat and small cushion if you have one and get results. Chair yoga and mat yoga.
