    ZUMBA® is a fun hour of fitness. ZUMBA is designed for the active older adult population and for the true beginner. Have fun and workout at the same time with the Instructor:

    Yoga For Ordinary People in Everyday Life to increase your energy and well-being. Bring a mat and small cushion if you have one and get results. Chair yoga and mat yoga.     Sit and Be Fit at the Silverton Senior Center.
  6. Oregon Garden Walking Group
    Oregon Garden Walking Group... a walk can be healthful and refreshing. take a walk any time of year. the group meets at the Silverton Senior Center Daily, rain or shine. Just bring an umbrella and a smile.
  7. Arthritis Exercise
    Arthritis Exercise is typically held twice a week. The Arthritis Foundation Exercise Class by Carol Sheldon is a program developed by physical therapists to address pain, fatigue and decreased strength that often accompany the disease. The low-impact class may be taken either standing or sitting, whichever is most comfortable. - sponsored by Attorney Jim Little.
